ABOUT 1144 FIFTEENTH
1144 Fifteenth is where sustainability meets world-class architecture. The highly visible 40-story trophy office tower is situated in the heart of the Central Business District and embraces the neighborhood’s work-live-play environment. The LEED Gold building is a Class AA landmark designed by Pickard Chilton and developed by Hines.
The building fashions the spirit of Denver into a soaring crystal alloy of steel and art. The two blades of 1144 Fifteenth’s contoured vertical sections provide a distinctive, flexible floor plan that affords a near-infinite number of office set-ups. The asymmetrical crown of the building is a nod to the jagged peaks of the Colorado Rockies.
The building features state-of-the-art amenities, including a 5,000-square-foot gym, a tenant lounge, sculpted terraces, and an auto detailing service in the parking garage. The building also offers 25,000-square-foot, highly efficient floor plates, with 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed mountain and city views.
